An old video of 39 year old Ramaswamy is going viral again. In the video going viral, Vivek has shared an interesting story of his first meeting with his wife Apoorva T. Ramaswamy. In the video, Vivek told how after his first meeting with his wife Apoorva, he turned away from her and walked away. He jokingly said, I was leaving her during our first meeting due to a misunderstanding.

In Instagram, Vivek Ramaswamy wrote “How I met my wife Apoorva. What’s your ‘how’d you meet’ story?” Shared the video with caption. In which Vivek said, ‘This is really a funny story. So we were both in graduate school. I was in the second year of law school and Apoorva, on the other hand, was in medical school. He started his studies immediately. We both met through a mutual friend. We went to a house party and that’s where we met. After this she came to me and said, ‘Hi, my name is Apoorva, what is your name?’ I thought, oh my God, such a beautiful girl is talking directly to me! So I said, ‘Hi, I am Vivek.’ Then he said, ‘Oh, I have just met another Vivek.’
In the video, Vivek said, “Maybe I didn’t like that thing very much and I turned, ignored it and walked away from there. I thought maybe I wanted to be different. Then that night we met again in a graduate school bar. I felt something special in that girl, she had a different energy, which was attracting me a lot. Then I started talking to him. During our conversation we came to know that we both lived in the same apartment building. After that we had our first date and we are still together till today.”
